Receive your order

Once we receive your designs, we carefully identify the blocks you need. We will get back to you with the block list to discuss in detail regarding the block functionality. Functionality being as to how the block should be displayed, the animation, hover effects, and more.

Mutual understanding and finalizing the order

Following the functionalities discussion, in which we will have discussed in detail about how the blocks should be displayed, the animation, hover effects and other functionalities, we will provide you with a comprehensive project quote. The quote will include the cost of the project and the estimated time required to complete it. Additionally, we will provide you with a clear project timeline that outlines the milestones that need to be achieved and the expected completion date. Lastly, we will also discuss the terms of payment, which will include details such as the payment schedule and any applicable refunds or guarantees.

Development Process

Once the order is confirmed and all details have been discussed and agreed upon, we will establish a staging URL for your project. This will serve as the platform for you to monitor the development of your project in real time. You will be provided with login credentials to access the staging URL and view the progress of your project. In order to keep you informed and up-to-date on the progress, we will provide regular project updates, including detailed summaries of the work that has been completed. These updates will be provided in accordance with the terms and timeframe that have been previously discussed, ensuring that you are always aware of the status of your project

Testing/QA

Since you will have access to the project development URL, you will have the opportunity to test the product as it is being developed. This allows you to provide feedback and make any necessary changes throughout the development process, ensuring that the final product meets your expectations. Once the project is completed, our team will conduct a thorough testing of every option and configurable setting to ensure that everything functions as intended. The final testing phase will take place once the project is marked as complete, and before it is delivered to you. This will ensure that the final product is fully functional, reliable and meets the requirements agreed upon.

Delivery

The blocks will be delivered to you as a plugin that can be easily installed on your client’s website. The end product will be white-labelled, meaning that it will not have any branding or identifying information from our company, allowing you to present it as your own work. You will own the rights to the product, giving you the freedom to use it as you see fit.
It’s important to note that the delivery of the project does not mean the end of our involvement. We will continue to provide support and updates as needed.
